Official Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The Fanorate Predict the Score Campaign is organized and administered by Fanorate, referred to in these terms as the “Organizer” or “Campaign Authority.”

2. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the campaign, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these official terms and conditions.

Participants who do not agree with these terms should not enter the campaign.

3. Campaign Period

The campaign will cover four selected football matches and will continue until July 20, 2026.

Each match will have an individual prediction window. For every selected match:

  • Entry opens 10 hours before the scheduled kickoff
  • Entry closes 30 minutes before the scheduled kickoff

The selected matches, kickoff times, opening times, and closing times will be published on the official Fanorate campaign page.

Fanorate’s server time and official campaign records will determine whether an entry was submitted within the valid entry period.

4. Eligibility

To qualify for a prize, a participant must:

  • Be a legal resident of the United States, Canada, or Mexico
  • Be physically based in an eligible country
  • Be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction
  • Provide a valid email address
  • Complete the prediction form
  • Submit the prediction within the valid entry window
  • Accept these terms and conditions
  • Complete any required verification

Employees, contractors, agents, immediate family members, and household members of Fanorate are not eligible to win.

The campaign is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or financial contribution is required to enter or win.

Making a purchase will not improve a participant’s chance of winning.

6. How to Enter

For each selected match, a participant must:

  1. Visit the official Fanorate campaign page.
  2. Submit a final-score prediction.
  3. Provide a valid email address.
  4. Select their country of residence.
  5. Confirm their age and eligibility.
  6. Accept the official terms and conditions.
  7. Submit the entry within the valid entry period.
  8. Verify their email address if requested.

Incomplete, late, false, automated, duplicate, manipulated, or unverifiable entries may be rejected.

7. Entry Limit

Each participant may submit:

  • One prediction for each selected match
  • A maximum of four predictions during the complete campaign

Only the first valid prediction submitted by a participant for each match will be accepted.

Predictions cannot be edited after submission.

Using multiple email addresses, false identities, bots, scripts, or automated systems to submit additional entries is prohibited.

8. Official Match Result

The official final score published by the recognized match organizer will be used to evaluate predictions.

Unless otherwise stated, the prediction will be based on the score at the end of regulation time, including official stoppage time.

Extra time and penalty shootout results will not be included unless Fanorate clearly states otherwise for a particular match.

9. Prize Structure

The campaign includes five prizes.

  • One winner will be selected for each of the four selected matches
  • Each winner will receive a $100 prize
  • One winner will be selected from each of the first three matches
  • Two winners will be selected from the final match
  • 5 winners will be selected in total
  • The total campaign prize pool is $500

The prize structure applies to the complete four-match campaign. A participant may receive only one prize during the campaign.

The prize:

  • Cannot be transferred to another person
  • Cannot be exchanged for another reward without Fanorate’s approval
  • Will be delivered through a payment or reward method selected by Fanorate
  • Is subject to identity, age, residence, location, and eligibility verification

Winners are responsible for any personal tax, reporting, banking, transfer, or other obligations associated with receiving the prize.

10. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected from the valid and eligible predictions submitted for each selected match. The winner for each match will be selected according to the following priority:

  1. Exact final-score prediction
  2. Correct match result, including win, loss, or draw
  3. Closest goal difference
  4. Closest total number of goals
  5. Closest individual team scores
  6. Earliest valid submission, if predictions remain tied

If multiple eligible participants submit the same exact prediction, the published tie-breaking criteria will be applied.

The Campaign Authority may also conduct a random selection among equally ranked entries if the entries remain tied after all published criteria have been applied.

A participant who qualifies as the highest-ranked entrant for more than one match may receive only one prize. In that situation, the Campaign Authority may select the next highest-ranked eligible participant for the additional match.

11. Timing of Winner Selection

No winner will be officially confirmed immediately after an individual match. Fanorate will review all entries after all four selected matches have been completed. The five potential winners will be selected, checked, and verified after the final selected match.

The Campaign Authority may take the time reasonably necessary to:

  • Review all predictions
  • Remove duplicate or invalid entries
  • Apply the winner-selection criteria
  • Verify participants’ identities and eligibility
  • Resolve tied predictions
  • Confirm the final list of winners

12. Winner Announcement

All verified winners will be announced after the final selected match. The exact winner-announcement date and method will be communicated through Fanorate’s official channels.

Winners may be announced through: Fanorate’s website, the campaign landing page, newsletter, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or other official Fanorate channels.

Where legally permitted, Fanorate may publish a winner’s first name, last initial, country, winning prediction, selected match, and winner status. Fanorate will not publish sensitive identity, banking, or payment information.

13. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be contacted through the email address submitted during entry. A potential winner may be required to provide:

  • Full legal name
  • Proof of age
  • Government-issued identification
  • Proof of legal residence
  • Proof that they are based in the United States, Canada, or Mexico
  • Access to the email address used for entry
  • A valid prize-delivery method
  • Any declaration or release reasonably required by Fanorate

A potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the first notification. A potential winner may be disqualified if they do not respond within the required time, cannot be contacted, provide false or incomplete information, fail to complete verification, do not meet the eligibility requirements, violate these official terms, or refuse or are unable to accept the prize.

Fanorate may then select the next highest-ranked eligible participant for the relevant match.

14. Campaign Authority and Final Decision

The Campaign Authority has the right to review all entries, verify participant information, determine whether an entry was submitted on time and is complete and valid, determine whether a prediction is exact or closest, apply and interpret the winner-selection criteria, resolve tied predictions, select and verify potential winners, reject incomplete, duplicate, false, suspicious, automated, manipulated, or fraudulent entries, disqualify participants who violate the campaign rules, withhold a prize until verification is complete, replace an ineligible or disqualified winner, correct genuine administrative, technical, or publishing errors, and interpret and enforce these terms and conditions.

All decisions made by the Campaign Authority regarding eligibility, entry validity, prediction ranking, tie-breaking, winner selection, verification, disqualification, and prize distribution will be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

15. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel

The Campaign Authority reserves the right to modify, pause, postpone, suspend, shorten, extend, or cancel an individual match round or the complete campaign when reasonably necessary because of: fraud or attempted fraud; automated or manipulated entries; technical problems; website or server failure; security incidents; incorrect match information; match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment; a major schedule change; legal or regulatory requirements; natural disaster; public emergency; force majeure; any event outside Fanorate’s reasonable control; or any situation that prevents the campaign from operating fairly or as intended.

The Campaign Authority has the right to determine the most appropriate action, including changing a selected match, extending or reopening an entry window, cancelling a match round, replacing a match, selecting a winner from valid entries already received, or cancelling the complete campaign where necessary.

Where reasonably possible, Fanorate will announce any material change, suspension, postponement, or cancellation through an official Fanorate channel.

16. Postponed, Abandoned, or Cancelled Matches

If a selected match is postponed, Fanorate may move the prediction round to the rescheduled kickoff time.

If a match is postponed after entries have closed, Fanorate may keep the submitted predictions valid, reopen the prediction round, cancel the prediction round, or replace the match with another selected match.

If a match is abandoned and no official final result is declared, Fanorate may cancel or replace that prediction round.

The Campaign Authority’s decision regarding a postponed, cancelled, suspended, or abandoned match will be final, subject to applicable law.

17. Invalid and Fraudulent Entries

Fanorate may reject or disqualify entries involving: false information; false identities; multiple accounts controlled by the same participant; multiple entries for the same match; bots or automated submissions; scripts or manipulation methods; predictions submitted after the deadline; attempts to edit a prediction after submission; attempts to interfere with the campaign system; misrepresentation of age, country, residence, or identity; or any breach of these official terms.

18. Newsletter and Email Consent

The participant’s email address may be used to: record and verify the prediction; confirm campaign entry; administer the campaign; contact potential winners; send important campaign updates; prevent fraudulent entries; and provide Fanorate newsletters where valid consent has been given.

Consent to receive ongoing newsletters or marketing communications must be collected clearly through the entry form.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link provided in Fanorate emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing communication will not automatically invalidate a valid campaign entry, provided Fanorate can still contact the participant for essential campaign administration and winner verification.

19. Technical Issues

Fanorate is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received because of internet failure, device failure, website failure, server failure, email delivery problems, platform errors, incorrect information submitted by a participant, or other technical issues outside Fanorate’s reasonable control.

Fanorate’s official server and campaign records will determine whether an entry was successfully received.

20. Privacy

Personal information collected through the campaign may be used to process and verify entries; administer the campaign; select and contact winners; deliver prizes; prevent fraud; send newsletters where valid consent has been given; and comply with legal obligations.

Personal information will be handled according to Fanorate’s privacy policy and applicable privacy requirements.

21. Social Media Disclaimer

This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform.

Any questions or complaints regarding the campaign should be directed to Fanorate.

22. Applicable Law

The campaign is subject to applicable federal, national, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally permitted.
